1. About the products

Aesthetic Performance sells fixed digital strength and physique training blueprints. Each purchase includes the blueprint for the selected training split and its matching performance tracker. These products are general educational resources and are not personalised coaching, medical advice, physiotherapy, dietetic advice or a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

2. Suitability and training responsibility

Exercise carries inherent risk. You are responsible for deciding whether a training program is appropriate for you, using suitable technique, selecting loads you can control and stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms. If you have an injury, medical condition, are returning to exercise after a long break, are pregnant, or are unsure whether exercise is appropriate for you, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before starting.

3. Purchase, price and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. A purchase is complete once payment is successfully authorised. Aesthetic Performance does not receive or store your full card number.

4. Digital delivery

After successful payment, the website provides access to the digital files associated with the training split purchased. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout and for saving your downloaded files in a secure location. If the correct files do not become available after a confirmed payment, follow the support process on the Contact page.

5. Personal licence and intellectual property

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own personal training. The blueprint, tracker, layout, written material and other original content remain the intellectual property of Aesthetic Performance or its licensors. You must not resell, upload, distribute, share publicly, reproduce for commercial use, or provide copies to other people without written permission.

6. Exercise demonstrations and third-party resources

The products may refer or link to third-party exercise demonstrations or resources. Those external services are controlled by their respective providers and may change or become unavailable. Aesthetic Performance is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms or content.

7. Results

Training outcomes vary between individuals and depend on factors including consistency, effort, technique, nutrition, sleep, recovery, training history and individual circumstances. No specific strength, physique, weight-loss or performance result is guaranteed.

8. Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds and remedies are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law. A change of mind does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund. However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by these terms or by the Refund Policy.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aesthetic Performance is not liable for loss arising from using the products in a manner that is unsafe, contrary to the instructions, outside the intended purpose, or without obtaining professional advice where reasonably appropriate. Nothing in this clause excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version displayed on this website at the time of purchase applies to that purchase, subject to any rights that apply under law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable laws of the state or territory with jurisdiction over the transaction.

12. Contact

For purchase or file-access support, use the process on the Contact page.
